Are hats adjustable?
Most Sienello hats use adjustable snapback or strap-back construction. Check each product page for color and fit details.
When do orders ship?
In-stock orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Tracking is sent by email once the shipment is created.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and powered by Stripe. Sienello does not store your full card number.
Can I return an item?
Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See the returns page for details.
