Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email support@sienello.com with your order reference and the items you want to return, and we will send instructions.
Exchanges
Need a different color or style? Start a return and place a new order for the piece you want so it does not sell out.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
